1. Agreement

By creating an account or otherwise using Spiritual Hospital ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the service

The App is a faith-based educational and devotional tool. It provides scripture, prayers, and structured protocols drawn from The Mantle Archives. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional pastoral advice and is not a substitute for any of those. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency service.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse-engineering, scraping, attempting to access another user's data, uploading malware, or using the App to harass or harm others.

5. Content & intellectual property

The Mantle Archives, the protocols, the design, code, and all original written material are owned by Spiritual Hospital and protected by copyright. Scripture quotations are drawn from public-domain translations and from third-party Bible APIs operated by their respective owners. You may quote short passages for personal devotional use; you may not republish the Archives in whole or substantial part without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific spiritual, emotional, or physical outcome will occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiritual Hospital, its authors and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
