Five-step regional breakthrough

Identify the casualties. Read the region's published crime and social statistics. The dominant casualty reveals the ruling strongman (Lk 11:21-22).
- 02
Identification repentance. Stand in the gap and confess the sin of the land — bloodshed, idolatry, broken covenant — as Daniel did for Israel (Dn 9:3-19; 2 Chr 7:14).

Bind the strongman by name. You cannot plunder the house until the strongman is bound (Mt 12:29). Name him specifically. Use the dossier in /warfare and /demons.

Loose the opposite spirit. Where Murder ruled, decree Life. Where Jezebel ruled, decree Purity and Elijah-anointing. Where Mammon ruled, decree generosity and harvest (Is 61:3).

Lift the Cross publicly and disciple. The territory is not held by warfare — it is held by the Gospel preached, souls saved and discipled in local congregations (Mt 28:18-20; Acts 19:18-20).

The Anointing That Breaks Every Yoke
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing." — Isaiah 10:27
These notes do not operate by formula — they operate by the same anointing Jesus carried when He set the captives free (Luke 4:18). Approach every session under covering, in covenant, and in faith.
Sow Where You Eat
When a minister sows into the well they drink from, a spiritual transaction takes place — they become a partaker of the anointing flowing through it (1 Corinthians 9:11, Philippians 4:17). Sowing is not payment; it is participation.
Sow into this mantle
