Privacy Policy

What we maintain on this page
This page is maintained by the Spiritual Hospital team to answer common privacy questions about the App.
What we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
- Session data — your in-app progress (current step in a protocol, fill-in fields for forgiveness and soul-ties, daily check-ins, bookmarks). This is stored both on your device and, for signed-in users, in our managed backend so you can resume across devices.
- Technical data — minimal logs (timestamps, error reports) used to keep the App running.
What we do not collect
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.
- We do not transmit the names of people you choose to forgive or the soul-ties you renounce — those fields are saved with your encrypted session row and are not analysed.
Bible API
When you read scripture not already cached on your device, the App fetches the verse from public Bible APIs (bible-api.com, bolls.life). Those requests contain the verse reference only — no identifying information about you.
Storage & security
Authenticated data is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud) with row-level security policies that scope every row to its owner. Your device additionally caches sessions, bookmarks, and the offline scripture cache in your browser's local storage and service-worker cache.
Your rights
You can sign out, clear local data from your browser, or request deletion of your account and associated rows. Contact us via the in-app contact links once available.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be surfaced in the App.
