Run sessions in a quiet, witnessed environment with at least two ministers present. Never minister alone to someone of the opposite sex. Speak each declaration audibly. Do not improvise; follow the Ministry Session Card. After Step 5, debrief immediately: assign a Pathway 2 scripture plan, name the daily protocol items the person will walk in, and schedule a follow-up.
